Travel to Alexandria (about 2 ½ hour drive) and visit the New National Museum, containing an array of artifacts that exemplify the grandeur of Alexandria in its Greek and Roman days. Continue to the Catacombs of Kom-El Shouqafa, and gaze at the unusual mixture of art styles and Egyptian god sculptures of the tombs. Continue to Pompey's Pillar, a column 98 feet high and 7 feet thick, made of Aswan rose granite erected in 297 A.D. Explore the Alexandria Library.

Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis and Sakkara Tour
Visit Memphis, ancient capital of Egypt in Pharaonic times, and the chosen city of the God Ptah. Proceed to Sakkara to see the famous Step Pyramid of Zoser.
